Some Sunday Thoughts

  • After spending this weekend in almost the same clothes, I don't think I want to do that anymore.
  • I could easily stop watching TV during the week and go exclusively to watch everything on the weekends. I think as a society we spend too much time at the mercy of Network and Cable Television. If you knew the shows I watch and if I actually sat down and watched them I would never have time to do anything...or even spend time talking to my sweetie
  • I recommend that everyone buy TIVO. 1) It will pull you away from the TV every evening and 2) It will help the company.
  • I have to admit...I love MySpace. I completely forgot about the site when I made it late 2004, but now I check it everyday and have made some cool acquaintances and reconnected with some people I lost touch with. I guess I could be called a MySpace Whore.
  • I need to take my sweetie out more when we are together. There are some reasons we don't go out when she is up here, but when I am in her town we don't do enough things out of the home. When we first met I remember how she talked and talked about loving to go out and do things and see things like art shows and culture and we've been lacking in that area. With my new found raise I think I should make more of that happen. She lives in a beautiful city and I want to see more...and I also want to show her off...she's a hottie!!!
  • I want a laptop this year. I am tired of sitting in my home office typing blogs or watching porn or stuff like that. I could make better use of the space and I could sit in the living room, like I am now.
  • I have to update my resume. Supposedly being a supervisor will take you places...but that can't happen unless I do things for my employees. So, I've got a plan for them.
  • I like boobs.
  • I like strippers.
  • I like strippers with boobs.
  • Since I am stuck here I need to make the best of this town. Next month I need to get new tires and a major tuneup on the car...or maybe there is a new Mustang in my future? (Sorry sweetie..I know you don't like them, but I love 'em)
  • I love my mother. She's been through so much in the past few months, but she is still a strong woman. She came over to see some family on my brother's side and it was really nice to meet those people and for her to stay with me...but I wasn't going out with her friends to see Brokeback Mountain. On the drive back to Milton, we had a really nice talk and she gave me a lot of great advice.
  • I can't wait for this refinance to go through. I will have so much money coming back in my pocket my retirement fund will grow by leaps and bounds.
  • I need to update my other blog sometime. I have so much to say...

With that, I need to get back to watching my TIVO shows. Take care and have a great week. Maybe sometime I will get back to daily blogging.
